Help me please

I had sex in May and my period came yesterday it was heavy but today it just got lighter all of a sudden. I took a pregnancy test before then it said I wasn’t pregnant but idk what’s going on I get irregular periods but they never last for two days and I have blood clots when I wipe it’s bright red only
