Spotting every night

Hi ladies. Something really weird is going on during this pregnancy. I am currently around 6 weeks and 3 days and every single night for the past 5 nights I have experienced bleeding. It’s a little more than spotting but is never super heavy and ranges in color from bright pink to brownish but it happens every single evening lasting from an hour to five hours. I can’t seem to find any one else who’s experienced something similar where they are only bleeding at night and are fine all day.

I have contacted my midwife but she refuses to see me until 9 weeks and says to go to the emergency room if things get worse so I will just have to wait the next 3 weeks to have some answers. I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced the same thing?
