Have I lost my baby 😭😭 HELP

Im 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant today but I have just woken up, didn’t feel anything in my pants went to the toilet and there was blood all in my pants nothing over my bed, it then came out as well as I was weeing then became to drip onto the toilet paper just like a period ??

What is this!!??😖 have I lost my baby 😭😖

And I have been trying to call my doctor but not getting through
