I got pregnant while my BFF is TTC

My best friend has been TTC for four years and it’s so emotionally painful for them. I got pregnant on the first try. I’ve been avoiding telling my friend I’m pregnant, hoping their IVF works out soon and we can be pregnant together. Otherwise, I’m worried it will just be hurtful news. I’m at five months now and have told basically everyone else... time to pull the trigger? Is there a way to break the news in a less painful way?
