Cramps during ovulation???

Question

Does anyone get super bloated and crampy during ovulation? I’ve noticed every month a few days before O and the day of, my whole lower abdomen hurts and feels full. As if I were constipated (same feeling) but I’m not. And sex hurts because it feels like it’s hitting something inside. Anyone else?

Bloating, twinges on one side lower, and sometimes even nauseous too are all common for me for the day before and day I ovulate.

I feel totally same every months. These are normal signs for ovulation unless it's too much.
