My struggle with my body

So over the past 25 years, (my whole life), I have struggled with body image. My weight has always fluctuated, and I have never been skinny. In 2015 I became consumed with my depression, and I ended up gaining 60+lbs. In the past 3 years I have lost that weight and then some, but I always put it back on. Now I have been taking control of my weight seriously so I can conceive with a healthy body. I went from 278 at 5'2 to 150-160. My question is how do i tighten up the loose parts of my tummy? I want to be in the best shape I can for my future pregnancy, and so i can bounce back a little easier when the time comes. Any tips on how to loose more weight/ keep it off, and how to get rid of this lumpy tummy??
