What could they have found??

After TTC with no luck my dr wanted to begin my TSH testing. He said he would have me go on day 3 and day 21 and after a full month review the blood work with me. I just went for day 3 and received a call from his office saying he needed to discuss the lab results with me. He’s away on vacation for two weeks but I guess whatever he saw on the lab results he felt couldn’t wait an entire month before talking about. He is seeing me the first day he’s back from vacation but that is almost a week away. I’m feeling really freaked out about the urgency his office had and wondering if anyone knows what they could see that would be urgent just from the day 3 TSH tests?
