Why is this on my husbands IG

My husband’s Instagram got hacked so I had to change his password I noticed that this was on his “search” on his IG is recommending these pages based on his previous search history (which is cleared out.) I know this is not a coincidence with him being hacked and finding these type of pages on his search history as this has happened before. Does this mean he’s looking at pages like this?
