Just a heads up, this chart isn't accurate your not using the right thermometer. You need a BBT thermometer, this won't tell you much without it

I have never had a cover line with glow :/

Glow always gives you a cover line from what I’ve seen
You need a BBT thermometer

It gave you a cover line because you have a positive opk and one temp that is higher than the last average 6 i believe so it’s suggesting your ovulation occurred but it’s not confirmed until another couple of days. You can plug it in to fertility friend and see if you’re getting the same results
