What Happened??

I was drinking/ was drunk and I initiated sex with my boyfriend (now my ex) who was sober. We continued hooking up, but I don’t remember any of it at all and he told me the next morning that he finished inside me multiple times. Was I assaulted/ raped?
PS: the last thing I remember was making out. The rest is info that he told me the next morning.

I guess I’m the odd one out, but I’m not sure. If you initiated it, AND WERE CONSCIOUS AND ENGAGING, then it’s not fair to him to say it’s rape. He quite literally gave you what you wanted. However, if you passed out through it and he kept going...definitely rape.

If he was a good person he would have known you weren’t in the right mind to consent to sex and he would have put you to bed and left the room. If he was drunk too it would be hard to know but if you were drunk and he was sober it doesn’t matter who initiated it, it was rape.

This is tricky because couples have drunk sex all the time....if he knew how drunk you were he should have stopped you
