Bleeding & worried

Yesterday i went in to the Emergency Room because i hade some red & kinda heavy bleeding.. It only lasted for like 30 mins then i started spotting a lil bit.. They checked my levels & did an ultrasound. I also had an ultrasound the day before but it was vaginal & had sex the next day.. Could that be why i started bleeding.. My levels were at 55,594 & said im around 7 weeks.. i have to check in 2 days but they said everything else looks ok... Trying to stay positive & so is my boyfriend. He's keeping me calm & reassuring me everything will be fine!!
