herpes or razor bumps?

i just shaved this morning and im so scared. but it looks strange someone please give me advice or info. i have no insurance.

With herpes you get radiating nerve pain in your legs. Sometimes down to your feet. Often it’s in the backs of your thighs. Believe me. You’d know if that was herpes. And herpes shows up in clusters of blisters. Not singular. These are irritated follicles.
