Toilet paper pieces/yellowish discharge Repeatedly

Since around December 2019 I have been getting yeast infections and bacterial infections sometimes at the same time.

I have had both before separately so I know what the symptoms are, but this infection seems different. I constantly feel like I’m on the brink of a yeast infection all the time. The discharge is so bad and it’s itching. It has not gone away completely since December. I’ve been tested so many times for stds and I’ve been tested to find out what type of infection it was.. however no matter the cream or pill it hasn’t gone away. I’ve been to urgent cares and a gynecologist and called them a month after and they just gave me more cream but it’s not solving the problem.

Has anyone else had this type of issue? What should I do? I’m so over it all.
