My 14 yr old son dropped a 💣

This morning my son said there was something he wanted to tell me but he wasn't sure how I'd react.

My mom brain starts to panic. I ask him a few questions like "Did you see something on the internet?" "Is it something you did?" He said no. I said well buddy your just going to have to tell me and we can go from there. "I'm bisexual"

We've always been open with our kids from an early age about same sex couples and how it's normal. I asked him why he thought I would judge him for it.

I asked him if he wanted to tell his dad or if he wanted me to, same for his little sister. He told me I could share it. So we plan to buy a cake and write "We love you" on it.

I'm just happy he was comfortable enough to share with us.
