6 days past ovulation and nipples hurt. Could this be a sign?

I’m 6dpo today , so very close in timing with you, and I feel the same! My boobs in general feel like they are being squeezed real hard 😅 nips are more sore to the touch, which happens even when I walk - keep me posted, baby dust to us 😘

Not sure that early but I know I had sore boobs in general 9DPO when I was pregnant last time

Every women is different.....I was ttc like 5 years and always looking for symptoms when I decide to stop because I was tired of it and getting all negatives....Next month I got pregnant and guess what never had any symptoms until 7 weeks after!!!!

Nipples hurt???
