18 dpo and all BFN tests

Hi ladies I am 18 dpo today confirmed by bbt chart and no sign of AF and all negative tests. Anyone ever experienced this before and how did it turn out? I’ve been googling too much and starting to freak myself out that something could be really wrong, thank you!
