My doctor, who I love and trust, told us we could start trying again as soon as I was ready. I was 6w5d and miscarried naturally at home. It took a while for me to really grieve and understand what happened. Although we never stopped “trying” (I didn’t get back on birth control and was still having unprotected sex) I just couldn’t make myself really track or put any effort into it. My advice would be to first know it wasn’t your fault, and second to take all the time you need. If you’re ready right away that’s great, but if you’re not that’s okay too.

Miscarriages unfortunately are a normal part of the reproductive process. As long as you have gotten the ok from your dr that it’s safe to try again, go for it.
