Today is my highest chance of pregnancy I have used pre-seed lube and I already take Prenatal’s twice a day . Question would be when do I take a pregnancy test? Please help ￼￼

I would say bare minimum ten days from now. You can be most confident in results taken about 14 days after today or wait until you miss your period. Good luck!

Just know that PreSeed does not increase your chances of conception. It does not act as a replacement for insufficient cervical fluid, it simply does not harm sperm. 
As far as when to test, 12-14 days after ovulation is when you can expect an accurate result.
