sex suddenly doesn’t feel good after yeast infection cream?

a few months ago i went to the gyno for reoccurring yeast infections, and she gave me a cream to insert down there. the cream cleared up the infection, but every time i’ve had sex since then, it’s felt reallyweird. it’s not pleasurable at all anymore, sometimes it hurts, and it seems like i can’t get aroused down there at all, and like i’ve lost sensation. i’m not quite sure what to do about this, any thoughts??
