Facebook question

Can I report someone for taking a screenshot of my daughters photo without permission and posting it on their Facebook? The person is my dad.. who has zero relationship with my daughter. He will post pictures of her pretending to be the best grandpa when in reality he doesn’t call or even know my daughter. It pisses me off. So can I report this?

If I ask him to remove the picture he will completely ignore me and think he has a right to post it because she is his “granddaughter”
