Boy or girl?

Scan done at 12 weeks. Unfortunately legs are not shown nicely in the side profile one (1st picture), but I swear there's a little diddle in the bum up picture though! 
Thoughts? 💗💙
HR was 145 at 12 weeks but 165 at 9 weeks

I'm thinking girl.  I think if it was a boy his parts would be a little thicker. At 11 weeks for me it was clear it was girl and at 14 weeks I'm having a girl.

It's hard as the private area doesn't complete until around 14/16 weeks. So that could be the nub and from that view you can't really tell.
