Hi guys,

My little guy is 7 months next week and has developed a horrible nappy rash the last few days. I’ve started using a different brand of nappies the last few days and about 3 weeks ago switched from breast to formula. He’s pooping 4-5 times a day and it seems very light in colour, like a mustard yellow. I’m trying to pinpoint what is causing his rash to prevent it happening again. His poor little bum is so red and the cream is only doing so much.

What do you guys think is causing it?
