Baby carrier recommendations

I would like recommendations for a new carrier that is NOT the lillebaby. Currently have the all season carrier and to be quite honest I am hating it. I really wanted to like it but it just doesn't work for me. I am smaller build and the waist band seriously DIGS into my hip bones. Before you're wondering, yes I am wearing it correctly. I am in a lillebaby group on fb that has tought me everything I needed to do to wear it correctly. But man I just don't get the hype with these carriers, even though I'm smaller build you'd think they would create a better padded waste band.
