Labor or not???

Ladies!!! I’m 40 weeks 6 days and for the last four hours I’ve been having very uncomfortable Braxton Hicks that don’t hurt but are very strong. They’re lasting about 50 seconds every 4 minutes. Could this be the start of labor or do they need to hurt hurt?

When I was being induced the cervidil caused contractions like this. I had to ask the nurse to check the monitor to see if they were actually contractions or not. They were and my water broke a little while later, so it definitely could be! Time them and see if they stay consistent and get closer together
