Did my water break? 38wks today

I just went pee and my underwear is wet, but I haven’t peed myself that I can remember..I’m having minor cramping but have been for like a week, nothing amounting to much. Is there any other discharge I could be having? Or would y’all say my water is breaking? FTM here and have no clue. I have been loosing my mucus plug for the past week or so, but no bloody show or anything. Today has been one of my more rough days, most cramping I’ve felt this whole time, been cramping all day but so inconsistent and not higher than like a pain level of 5. Walking today was tough, felt a lot of pressure down there, baby’s low, and walking caused a lot of cramping but when I sit down it feels better, less cramping but still some. I have a drs appointment on Tuesday don’t know if I should wait until then? Or call on call dr? Go into hospital? I’m really worried. I also said today it feels like he could come any time..currently stressing lol
