Choosing between travel systems

Grainne

Hi ladies, hoping for a little help with picking my pram system!

I’m really torn between the uppababy vista V2 and the iCandy peach 2020.

I love the look of the iCandy, it’s so stylish 😍 but the vista seems to have better suspension and slightly easier to manoeuvre! I don’t love the look of the vista, but it wins in other areas!

How do you pick 😅🙏🏻

Go for the practicality over the looks. Honestly, speaking from experience and going for pushchairs in the past because of how they've looked and then having to change the pushchair because it fails to meet what I need it to. It starts getting expensive

I have the peach - I love it 😍 I don’t find it at all difficult to manoeuvre. It’s super comfy, as well as stylish, and my little man will happy sit in there while out and about and will fall asleep in it too. I’ve found it’s actually good in terms of practicality; I like that the seat and carry cot use the same frame so you’re not storing something super bulky after baby outgrows it, the basket is nice and big and fits so much in, the elevators come as standard and I use those more often than not and with some careful positioning it fits in my very small car boot!!

I have the uppababy cruz, the vista just wouldn't quite fit in my car boot, and it's great. I have used it every single day since my son was about a week old and he's now 4 months. It's very intuitive to use and I like how the bassinet attaches with just one hand.

We’ve got the Cruz V2 and really happy with it. We wanted something with a bassinet suitable for overnight sleeping, and a handle/chassis that was better for tall parents. We have it in Hazel and I think it’s just gorgeous 😍

Look into both prams of positioning of seats etc I've the uppababy vista 2017, all the extras etc cost me well over £1k. If I've the carry cot on top then the rumble seat can only face towards me rather than outwards. Which is a pain as my toddler likes looking around.
