Don’t know what to do

I have such bad pelvic pain I can barely walk if this baby doesn’t come either today or tomorrow I think I have to go to the hospital that’s how bad the pain is. It’s like my pubic bone that hurts I’m gonna Ice it I hope that helps. I’ve been having like period cramps in my pelvic area all night too so hopefully it’s labor if not I’m not sure what to do. Anyone else experiencing this or should I go to the hospital?
