Anybody keep on testing before your first doctors appointment? I want to make sure I’m still pregnant 😂 My first appointment isn’t until July 14th, and I can hardly wait!

I’ve tested every day.. 😬 I have my first appointment on July 7th, but I have a history of early miscarriages (6weeks) so they want to get me in as soon as possible. Thank god, because I don’t know if I could wait that long!

Yes 🙈. But keep in mind doing so is a double edge sword. 
The tests aren’t designed to handle the elevated levels of hormones as pregnancy progresses so they almost cancel out giving a lighter line which can cause panic. I think it’s called the hook effect. 
But even knowing this I still tested this morning ahead of my 9:00am appointment 🙈🙈🙈

No lol. I have a history of miscarriages and I just know that whatever will happen will happen. Doesn’t matter if I stress out and spend lots of money on tests or not. If anything that will just not be healthy for my state of mind. So 🤷🏻‍♀️ whatever will be will be.

Yes! I'm 5 weeks and first appt isn't until July 21st. I'm so incredibly anxious and worried. I told myself to just take one test a week, as long as everything continues to go smoothly. This is my second pregnancy, but I don't think I found out as early with my son. It's so hard to enjoy these first weeks.
