How long do early pregnancy cramps last?

I’ve been having some light cramps but mostly general discomfort in my lower abdomen, internal discomfort when I finish a wee, or pulling feelings as I move or change position which I understand can be completely normal and nothing to worry about. I’m currently 5w 4d and have had these symptoms for about 10 days. I feel very delicate in my abdomen all the time and worry about moving to quickly or twisting / rolling over in bed. Has anyone felt the same and how long into the pregnancy did it last?
