Telling people that I pregnant

So this would be my second baby but my hubby’s first... with my first I told everyone straight away that I was pregnant but with this second one hubby wants to keep it a secret. It’s driving me crazy because I want to tell my family but he doesn’t. I understand that you should wait to tell anyone it you are 12 weeks but I’m extremely healthy and I’m only 20. I just feel like he’s ashamed of me being pregnant or that he doesn’t want baby or something. Any thoughts?
