My refinished dresser ❤️

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE LOVE! It means a lot when someone appreciates the time and hard work that goes into doing this!

I got this dresser off of Craigslist:

Pretty ugly, but potential and very solid!

I worked really hard on it. It took sanding, reattaching the back panel, filling in some chips in the wood, painting (so many coats of paint until it would cover well) and then more painting (had to thin the last coat with water to help in avoiding brush strokes), and then re-finishing the hardware.

I was almost done, and then I accidentally scratched the drawer when I was putting the last handle on 😢 I legit almost cried

But...I finished it, and I’m in love with it. I also got the blue chair for FREE on Craigslist (they had turned it into a rocker-I removed the rocker portion and put regular legs back on it, got some super cute pillows at Walmart (!) and I’m slowly completing my new room!!
