How long to wait to get pregnant again after birth??

For the ones who say doesn’t matter i would like your input more on that..I’ve heard a lot about women who get pregnant 2 months after giving birth they have a higher chance of there babies born with problems or premature

Your supose to wait a year for your body to heal. And a year is the minimum if you have a csection 18 months is prefered to wait. Getting pregnant sooner than that and you run the risk of a lot of additional or more severe complicationss

Everybody is different but In my personal experience I havnt found that it mattered. 
I got pregnant with my 2nd when my 1st was 5-6 months old which was a c section and my 2nd pregnancy was completely fine and I had a successful vbac.
I got pregnant with my 3rd when my 2nd was 11 months again pregnancy and labour 100% fine
I got pregnant with my 4th when my 3rd was also 11months again great problem free pregnancy and birth
I am now pregnant with my 5th when I conceived my 4th was about a year and a half

I’ve never waited the 18 months.🤷🏻‍♀️ I got pregnant with my daughter when my son was 8 months old but it was unplanned. I got pregnant with this baby after my daughter had just turned one.

I personally waited 18 months before I got pregnant with my daughter and I had a c-section and she gave me issues. Always have Braxton Hicks and contractions and she came a month early. Definitely wait over a year for sure

You should let your body heal. If it is not healed then the next baby will be a bit of trouble during pregnancy, and is likely to end up premature...
Doctors suggest waiting at least year and even year and a half, depending on how was the first birth.
Some people get pregnant right after... But it is more likely to end up difficult pregnancy, already at the beginning the iron levels are low, and mom is likely to be basically anemic, that is bad for supporting the new one.

I got pregnant with our second 6 months after giving birth to our first. (We lost him 3 days before his due date and wanted to try again as soon as we were mentally ready, and my body had a little time to heal)

My moms kids at the end of this year will be 23/20/19/18/16 with her getting pregnant 4 months between the 20/19 year olds and 3 months between the 19/18 year olds. Overall waiting and not waiting didn’t make a drastic difference but I’d talk to your doctor in regards to your body.
