What do drs say about being around people?

My doctor didn’t seem concerned but I wanted to get other opinions. I’m supposed to work the office at a horse show in a few weeks but wanted to see what other people’s doctors were recommending as far as being around people while pregnant? I won’t be close to people but they’ll be around.

Not a problem. Wear a mask and wash your hands a lot

I cut hair for a living and I wear a mask and so does my clients. I have no health conditions but am always afraid of people who lie about not being around covid. I have had one admit to it after I cut his hair! 🤬 I had a guy from cdc tell me I’m fine and I’m not more susceptible bc I’m pregnant. It’s all scary

In my country pregnant woman are considered high risk, so we have a timeframe from 7 to 9am to do shopping and other government offices. My husband is doing home office to make sure we stay safe. But I guess every country is different

If you can be 6 feet away from people, that should be fine... just wash your hands a lot. If you’re worried about proximity then purchase an N95 mask. The cloth or surgical masks are designed to protect people from you, but it offers you little to no protection.

Where I’m from women aren’t high risk. I will eventually start to choose to wear a mask and just watch the high traffic public places I choose. We don’t have any cases right now but I suspect our borders opening this week will bring some activity.
