Mammas trying to loose weight while pregnant.My 16 week appointment was great.I discovered I lost 2 lbs.I ll credit that to adding more raw foods and not eating carbs as much ( morning sickness is gone ).I really didnt change too much n havent walked or exercised like I want to.I have a 2 yr old n w the pandemic i cant take him inside easily by myself.I have diastisis recti so my belly got big fast n sitting around I have the love handles to go w it.I cant wait to see what getting back to work w some good fitness apps does.I love Brett Larkin Prenatal Yoga and Fit On especially May you all be well n stay safe Cheers πππ
