This is your new beginning, another month closer to meeting your baby. ⠀

🌸 Take the time to refresh your space. Bring in life, decorate with flowers, declutter your closet, birth beautiful art. ⠀

☀️ Recharge in nature. Spin in the sun, walk with someone you love, take in the air, give your heart space to breathe. ⠀
⠀
📓 Journal to honor your emotions. Write how you feel and challenge those feelings. Don’t be afraid to question your assumptions with questions like, “Is this feeling really true? How could I think about this a different way? What could this emotion teach me?”⠀

🧘♀️ Engage in stress relief activities. Yoga, meditation, breath work, bubble baths. Anything that makes you feel centered and brings you to this present moment. ⠀

💬 Talk to your partner. Give your partner the chance to be there for you in the way you need. Open the door for honest, heartfelt sharing. ⠀

🍲 Eat nourishing food. Replenish your physical resources as you step into a new cycle. Mindfully enjoy your meals and snacks and craft them with care. ⠀

💫 Guard your energy. Step away from social media for the day, make a gratitude list to stay mindful of all you’ve been privileged with. Give yourself a timed vent session, then engage in one (or all) of the above activities. ⠀
