Is my step mom a jerk?

Shes been acting super passive aggressive lately and idk what triggered it.. ?
She didnt have to throw the jab of her saying she "feels like I'm inconsiderate." Sitting in a chair isnt inconsiderate, I didnt even move any of her stuff around. And I didn't even know she didn't want people sitting in it? She didnt call dibs on it or anything.   She makes up all of these controlling/restrictive rules just for me that no one else has to follow.

Im moving out next week. Was it ok for my dad to say that??   
I know I was a little rude but i was rude AFTER she was. She constantly says snobby comments like this and im just tired of taking it.

I don't think she's wrong for asking you not to sit in her chair where all her work is setup. Adding the inconsiderate comment is a but much but I suspect there's more going on there. Your dad is rude though.

You’ll be out in a week, but some wine to drink while you’re there. Or stay at a friends  house. No need for this negativity they’re giving you. Think of your newfound peace.
