Birthing pain relief comb trick.
I just ran across this article and it explains that holding a comb may help eliviate labor pains by targeting pressure points in your hands. Basically by taking your mind off the pain of the contractions. Super interesting read. I'm going to throw one in my bag cuz anything is worth a shot, right?
