I need advice

So I’m not very good at trusting birth control. I have a nexplanon implant and my boyfriend wears a condom and pulls out before finishing, but I still always think that I’m going to get pregnant. So here is my scenario. The last time we had sex, I was giving him a blow job before. He put the condom on and while we were in the action of things we were holding hands. Well I’m afraid that I could have had precum on my hands that then could have transferred to his hands. At one point he touched my clit area with his hands after ours had already touched. Could precum sperm have transferred and got me pregnant? I always check the condom when we are done, and this time was no different, it was worn the whole time and nothing leaked once we were done. But like I said, can precum sperm transfer that much and get you pregnant. My type of birth control makes my periods sporadic, so I’m technically late but I took a pregnancy test one afternoon and it was negative. I’m going to take one in the morning to be sure
