Anyone else panicking?

FTM here and all of sudden at 3am I basically had an anxiety attack. I’ve been so calm my whole pregnant and BAM. Breastfeeding vs formula. Nursery. Going back to work. Everything all at once. Yikes. And he’s not even here yet! 💙

So strange that literally all hit me this week too!!! 14 weeks left sounds like nothing!! I’m also irritable for the first time in my pregnancy too!!! All in the last week!

Literally lying in bed crying right now because I dont want to work (working remote and should have logged in 20min ago), tired of my body hurting, tired of being sad or cranky, tired of not being able to do things I enjoy, frustrated that i dont feel ready, etc..etc... i hear you. ❤❤❤ also just tired of feeling tired

Yes same here! Also added comments and judgments from my mum like me going back to work full time after 10 months, bringing an Aunty from Peru to look after baby  girl so we don’t have to put her into child care plus not having her in the delivery room has not helped! 
 trying to write down things when I am feeling anxious or just awake for hours in the morning helps.

My husband and FIL put the nursery together when I was in the hospital with my first. I didn’t know that breastfeeding was a thing that some women had issues with until I was already doing it and someone added me to groups. 
I just rolled with the punches. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
Everything was fine. 
I’m an over thinker but I never thought “well what happens when the baby is here?”
Baby was just there and then everything was fine.

Anyone else panicking?
