Minor update Twins?

So yesterday I went to get blood work done my b-hcg leaves were 83274. I am only 5 week so from the chart looks like I should be further along . But I keep close watch on my cycle and I know I had a normal period may 23 . I have also had extreme morale in sickness, 5-6 tome vomiting a day and nonstop queasy feeling for two week, never had any morning sickness with pervouse pregnancies ( this is number 8 ,2 live births) and all I do is work 8 hrs and sleep the rest and even at work it hard to stay awake long enough to do my job.

I have another blood test mon and an ultra sound on Wednesday what do you think ?

Update: got bloodwork again on Monday my levels are now 149000 I have the ultrasound tomarrow
