Should I be concerned? FTM

I’ve been able to feel my baby almost every day for about 4 weeks I’m almost 20 weeks and last night I didn’t feel her moving (usually when I’m laying down and watching telly sho won’t stop moving!) and today I haven’t felt her yet.. idk if I should be worried or what😩

In the uk they dont get concerned about a babies movements until 28/29 weeks (not sure about the us) as it's because baby is still small and still has a lot of room to move around.

If you haven’t felt her at all try drinking a cold glass of water or a sugary drink if still nothing I would contact your ob
