Needing reassurance

Ok ladies, I’ve had zero spotting all pregnancy, despite some bad cramping early on. I’m 12 weeks tomorrow and for the first time this morning had some brownish colored discharge, like at the end of a period. Not a ton, but enough that I noticed some in the toilet. It’s still more the texture of CM. I’m not having cramping. Is this normal to have spotting for the first time so late? I was diagnosed with a small hematoma at my 6 week scan, so could this have something to do with that?
