This post is about my job. See the job is not bad it’s just the people I guess. I’m the type of person who’s 100 percent a team player, I come to work with a positive mindset ready to roll. I have lazy co-workers and I’m sick of it. I work at a nursing home and since covid-19 we’ve been on shut down and have to take residents their food instead of them coming out of the rooms to eat. We have floors you can volunteer to take to deliver food the the residents and by us being short of staff as well we may have to take more than one floor and ect. You have certain people will see it’s short and will do one floor only! And that’s it won’t help with nothing else and when done they’re sitting on the clock on their phones. Today I just had it. Two co workers that I work with came late and then one barely did anything and the other said she had to leave early but not saying what time, after awhile I didn’t see her so I text her like “hey you left” and she says yeah. I’m like why didn’t you say anything to me that you were out the door if you didn’t see me shoot me a text so I know where to leave off because now it’s more work on me. And I found out she left to go to the hair salon. Manager sits and witness the disfuntion going on and says nothing. He puts people into he schedule just to say the shift it cover and they barely work I’m over it. So over the weekend I will be looking for something else. It’s not fair to me
