16 w ultrasound

i went to a privately owned business for my 16 w ultrasound to confirm gender. she said that my babies head was measuring two days ahead but her legs are measuring 2 weeks behind. is that normal? neither her or her dad are tall by any means but idk if that’s normal bc it’s my first baby. any thoughts? should i bring this up at my appointment w my midwife monday?
