I have had crippling very physical anxiety for past 6 months.

I have a 16 month old and I'm breastfeeding (not exclusively)

So I got prescribed Zoloft and diazepam scared to take it. It's the first time I have got anti anxiety meds

I took it today and like in next fifteen minutes I felt I was dying, I was so anxious about taking it. I don't know why I'm scared to start taking it. My brain is all messed up and always on edge.

Please tell me it's safe and it'll help me.
