Urine or water breaking or atomic fluid leaking???

I’m 36 weeks and 5 days, yesterday and all day today my underwear have some leaking in them. I can’t tell if it’s urine or something else? My underwear are not soaked but they are wet. My next doctor appointment is in 3 days and was going to wait and ask her about it. But, I didn’t know if I should be worried? I went into my dr about a month ago thinking my water broke but come to find out I just peed myself 🤦‍♀️😂😂 my last doctor appointment I was dilated to a 2. I have been having Braxton hick contractions but that’s it.
