Please help .. desperate

My 9 month old has been battling a *Yeast* diaper rash for 2 1/2 months. She has very sensitive skin. She’s been to her pediatrician at least 6 times , ER 3 times. We’ve tried so many different creams and ointments and nothing seems to be working.

It will look like it starts to get better, then she will poop and I will change her immediately but it aggravates it so bad it comes back full force.

I change her every hour - two hours even through the night. I’ve changed diapers (she was already using hypoallergenic ones) I use warm water and a wash cloth to clean her. I bleach everything after.

I bathe her with baking soda or epson salt.

I’ve tried Monistat which seemed like it was helping but now it’s not.

I feel terrible for her.

I feel like the doctors are just guessing at this point. They just keep giving us different creams or say to change diaper brands. One recently told me “well she won’t be in diapers forever” .. 😐 seriously.

I need some tips. Has anyone tried something that really made a difference? Which creams worked best? Which diapers?
