How do you check CM? I see a lot of posts showing what CM should look like ovulating, but is this supposed to be after sex or first thing in the morning or? I always have discharge (I wear a pantiliner). I have tried checking, but I don’t think I have had clear CM ever?? Very confused LOL ladies help! 🤣
