Should fireworks be legal or illegal?

The big ones should be illegal. They scare wildlife and have been known to kill birds. They disturb the peace, and can trigger flashbacks for those with PTSD or sensory overload for people with sensory problems

In our state, anything that goes up is illegal. They’re too dangerous and people are too irresponsible. Cities have permits to put on their shows and the fire department is usually involved.

where i live, they're illegal for good reason. there have been fires going up recently because of pyromaniacs lighting fireworks. someone even scorched some buildings near the local elementary school. another set off a midsize fire in the hills at night, waking up others in the area with the smell of smoke). sorry, but personally i'm not someone who values a bit of fun over my (or someone else's) home.

Legal, but with regulations like someone else said. Can't take them away completely because you take away something the people love and they will get it one way or the other 🤷🏻

I really don’t care one way or another. I think it would be useful if they were legal with some regulations. Like maybe a certain amount of space between another house and not allowed after a certain time.
