7 months next week and still doesn’t sit up unassisted he hates tummy time too

He only rolls to one side and stays laying there and he has rolled over fully maybe 3 or 4 times

since he was 6 months old. He also suffers with cmpa, torticollis and sandifer syndrome. He’s doing well with all of his social development but not so well on the motor skills. I know I will have to speak to his pediatrician but until then do you think he is behind. I have seen other babies on here who are sitting up and it makes me worried that he is so far behind any advice welcome.
